I purchased this deck because my favorite color is purple。 I also have arthritis in my hands， the smaller format is much easier for me to shuffle and a full spread actually fits on my table top！ That said， the only draw back is that over time the gold is flaking off and the cards look scuffed。 I do absolutely love how the cards feel though， so matte and smooth。 I had no idea about Brigit’s books and website before this， kinda weird to see tarot being presented in an almost MLM format。

The deck is beautiful。 It has a clean， minimalist look in gorgeous purple and gold colouring， but the matt coating on the cards is a BIG PROBLEM。 It makes the cards absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to shuffle， which is a huge let down。
